Strutter Summary for 4/22

Forgive me for going off on a tangent, but we, as a plus-size community, have mixed-up priorities.

Now, the plus size revolution is evolving by the day, but how does a story about a clothing line adding a swimwear line overshadow a clothing line who will replace your purchase in one size for another size if you happen to fluctuate?! Clothing labels always add onto its line, but what other label do you know that will replace your size 14 shirt for 20, no questions asked, free of charge, within the year of purchase? Now that is news. [End rant.]

Now that is off my chest, here are some noteworthy happenings in our world:

• Christian Siriano launched a plus-size bridal line. (Mic)

• Ashley Graham is having a roller coaster week. (Time, Revelist, Washington Post)

• The face for a teen plus size clothing line denounces the very term. ( People)

• Ugh. This is still happens. Thankfully Tess Holliday spoke out against it. (HuffPo)
