Get To Know: Mahalia Handley

Mahalia Handley is a plus size model who has scored campaigns with Target and the Kardashian line, as well as appeared in the pages in Cosmopolitan. Her newest work can be seen in U.K. department store Selfridges' body-positive promotion dubbed EVERYbody.

Handley is featured in the campaign along with several other women to promote the store's launch of the Body Studio: a new holistic fashion and accessories boutique within the store.

A student of Krav Maga, Handley stresses the importance of women of all shapes and sizes represented in media. "Women derive so much confidence and power from models wearing swimsuits and lingerie," says Handley. "It’s massively important to me that I keep spreading a positive message and continue to represent a very real diversity in fashion."
